“Ahankanali – Silenced Peace”
“The Social Architects(TSA) have been on a quest for peaceful coexistence among different ethnic and religious communities in Sri Lanka since inception. TSA has used many strategies and technics to interpret Peace in a way that means more than just a buzz word. TSA is working with the youth, from Anuradhapura, Polonnaruwa, Ampara, Batticoloa, Kilinochchi, Jaffna, Mullaitivu, Nuwara-Eliya, and Matara.
In collaboration with fellow South Asians, around 58 of us, mostly the youth gathered under the banner “Ahankanali – Silenced Peace” for two days in February of 2020 in Kithulgala to explore if Art can be the catalyst to progress with dignity.”
